When I met my husband Alain at the Lycée Viticole academy in Beaune and with whom we share our love for wine since 1991.
Your funniest story
The first time we participated in a wine fair: visitors asked us if they could taste our cider and calvados! Since then we have changed our way of communicating!

My heart stays in Burgundy but I do enjoy tasting other French and foreign wines.

Logic will take you from A to B but only imagination and courage will take you where you want.

Olivier Poussier (crowned world’s best sommelier in 2000) when I was training in 2006 with Cuisine et Vins de France : I was fortunate to taste wines with him on several occasions for the Vins de France wine guide and impressed by his friendly and open nature which helped me discover many different.appellations.
Your finest moment in relation to wine
After a hard day’s work on the estate where I was working in 2012 I brought home several bottles of wine which for the first time I wanted to give a taste to my daughter Lilly : so at 2 and a half years she tasted her first grand cru, a Clos de Vougeot and quite naturally remarked « its good, I like that ! » ; she then tasted a Richebourg appellation and said « I prefer the other one ! »

The time when I met my winegrower-neighbour : he was to become my husband !

When we open a bottle of wine, my 4 year old son likes to taste a drop on his finger and says « this must be father’s wine » and on tasting a second time, adds « no, this is my mother’s wine » !

Gigondas, wines with delicate and spicy aromas, coloured by the sun !
