Your best souvenir in relation to wine
Olivier Poussier (crowned  world’s best sommelier in 2000) when I was training  in 2006 with Cuisine et Vins de France : I was fortunate to taste wines with him on several occasions for the Vins de France wine guide and impressed by his friendly and open nature which helped me discover many different.appellations.

Your finest moment in relation to wine
After a hard day’s work on the estate where I was working in 2012 I brought home several bottles of wine which for the first time I wanted to give a taste to my daughter Lilly : so at 2 and a half years she tasted her first grand cru, a Clos de Vougeot and quite naturally remarked « its good, I like that ! » ; she then tasted a Richebourg appellation and said « I prefer the other one ! »
