Together with my husband Vincent.

Your funniest story?

On my 21st birthday, when my father opened his last remaining bottle of 1976 vintage Chablis, (my year of birth and also marked by drought) and exclaimed: “quick, replace the cork – its good!”

Chablis premier cru Beauroy 1990.

Your motto or favourite saying

“No point in running, leave on time” - but impossible for me! In our family, it is hereditary to be late and I am always running - but perhaps one day, I may be on time...
