Your best wine-related memory
At Chez l’épicier restaurant in Montreal, a 1889 Porto (hidden under the table) brought by Dirk Niepoort : we thought about history, our ancesters and no need to express our feelings at this table on this day ! And also a 1945 Auxey-Duresses still very "alive"and fruity, made by my Grand Father René Taupenot : historical year!
Your best wine-related encounter
André, my son’s godfather who is Swiss and wine and Burgundy enthusiast ! But there are so many wonderful encounters in this job !
My daughter Manon, who is 3 years old, seeing a glass of wine, she started to mimic me tasting and spitting :it is in the genes and I am proud to share this culture with her !

The Chambolle Musigny premier Cru la Combe d'Orveau at this instant!
Always live with passion !
Anything else to say ?
