When I forgot to close the press doors and the grapes fell through to the collector pan: however, you can laugh one hour later after having refilled the press!

Your favourite wine/wine producing area

There are so many fine wines....In Burgundy I like Corton, Pommard, Mercurey and, of course, Pouilly-Fuissé; I also appreciate the wines from the northern part of the Côtes du Rhône such as Cornas, Saint Joseph, Côte Rotie ,Condrieu

Your motto or your favourite quote

An advertising slogan in 1935 which, in essence, says: if you need to drink, at least drink something good ie Pouilly-Fuissé!
